Papers of the Women of the War Veterans of the 32nd Division, an organization of women related to 32nd Division soldiers and dedicated to commemorating the role of the 32nd Division in World War I and II. The collection includes lists of women registered to attend a convention and the banquet, the names and addresses on these lists are divided into "city ladies" (Milwaukee, Wis.) and "out of town guests." Also included are writings by members discussing the group's work and events. The collection originally included a scrapbook which has been photocopied and disassembled. Items removed from the scrapbook include correspondence (often related to the leadership of Mary Pendergast), programs for the Victory Festival and Tea Garden, and information about events and relief work. Also found in the scrapbook are newsclippings about World War I and the activities of 32nd Division veterans. Three photographs are included with the collection, two feature World War I scenes and the third shows Robert L. Pendergast relaxing with other members of the 120th Field Artillery.
